Imo state governor, Hope Uzodinma, tests negative for COVID19

Hope Uzodinma, the governor of Imo state, has tested negative for Coronavirus. 

A statement released by the Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Declan Emelumba on Monday morning April 13,  said the test conducted on the governor to check if he has contracted the coronavirus disease has shown negative. It said the test result came out today.

“The governor of Imo state Dist Sen Hope Uzodimma has tested negative to the Coronavirus infection. The result of a test conducted on him came out this morning and confirmed that he is free of the virus.” the statement reads

Imo state has no confirmed case of COVID19.
